Western Texas prospect moving on

Western Texas College is still getting back in the thick of things after bringing the program back to life just three years ago. Westerners head coach Jason Sautter has his second player in as many weeks to sign on with a Division One program for next season. JucoJunction has the latest on which Western Texas player has signed on the dotted line for next season in this article.
Trevon Charles, (SO) 6-foot-4 from Brooklyn, NY, will play at Sam Houston State University next season according to coach Sautter. Charles visited Sam Houston State and Tennessee-Martin this spring. Charles, a third-year player, started his college career at Quinnipiac University and played last season at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. Trevon's brother, Trevor, is on the Westerners team also and is just a freshman.
