Williams Seeing Interest Pick Up

Jaison Williams, a 6-3, 180 pound combo/shooting guard from the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Id., has seen interest in him start to pick up this winter.
CSI Asst. Coach Jay Cyriac told JUCO Junction that Pepperdine, Fresno State, Nevada-Reno, West Virginia, Weber State, Boise State, Pacific and Idaho are among the colleges who are now looking at Williams.

Williams, who now lives in Virginia, attended Xavier University in 2001-2002 and played quite a bit for the Musketeers.
A versatile wing player who can swing between different positions, Williams averages 14.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 2.3 steals per game at Southern Idaho this season. He's shooting 49 percent from the floor and 42 percent from beyond the three point line.
Williams hasn't taken any official visits, and probably won't do so until after the conclusion of CSI's season in March.
JUCO Junction will keep you posted on his situation in the months and weeks to come, so stay tuned.
