Year off doesnt hurt Henessey

James Henessey, (SO) 6-foot-2 (175), only played two games this past season for head coach Terry Olson at Williston State College in Williston, ND. Henessey made an impression on Montana State University enough to receive a scholarship for the next three seasons.
Hennessey redshirted this past season for the Tetons. James played in 2005-2006 for the Williston State team that went to the National Tourney in Hutchinson, KS. That season, James averaged 9.6 ppg, 5.6 assists and 3.7 rebounds for the Tetons.

"James is a saavy point guard that plays under control. Montana State really got a difference maker. He really can see the floor well and has deceptive quickness," said Olson.
Hennessy is a former Mr. Basketball at Williston High School and is currently a pitcher on the baseball team. The Tetons finished the season this year at 17-14.
